SONIA

WOVEN BY HAND.

REIMAGINED WITH PURPOSE.

For Sonia, weaving began as a moment of pause — a creative escape from the pace of everyday life.

Originally from Venezuela and now living in Colombia, she found her medium in Trapillo, a recycled T-shirt yarn that transforms discarded cotton jersey into something entirely new.

Created exclusively for Quri Kuntur, this handwoven bag reflects Sonia’s belief that beauty can be both thoughtful and unexpected.

HER STORY

What began as a hobby became a craft — and eventually, a way of sharing her creativity with the world.

Every bag is shaped by hand, making each one subtly different and entirely its own.

I started weaving just to relax.
